WARRANTIES / TERMS

Phoenix Access Control warrants that any equipment that it installs shall be free of any defects in materials as set forth by the manufacturer’s warranty. Phoenix Access Control warrants that there shall be no defects in installation performed by Phoenix Access Control for a period of 1 year from date of completion of installation. In the event of defect in installation, Phoenix Access Control shall re-install equipment at its own expense but shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever other than to re-install such equipment.

 Payment net 30 days from date of invoice

 30% initial down payment due for estimates over $5,000

Estimates are good for 45 days.
